The 5 Foundations of EVLV fit's EXCEED

Step 1- Gut Health

If your digestive system is imbalanced, don’t expect anything else to work. Your gut is the epicentre of the body- it’s where we absorb nutrients, digest food, and regulate a ton of hormones for proper mood and energy. The first step in ANY effective coaching strategy is going to be optimizing gut health BEFORE we can expect anything else to be amazing!

Step 2- Nutrition

The next step is proper nutrition protocols. We are going to determine together what way of tracking works best for YOU and your lifestyle- the biggest thing is we find a way that you can maintain for your life, not just for the length of the program. 

All things macronutrients, calories, and vitamins/minerals.You’ll use an app on your phone to make things as easy as pie (pun intended). You will learn to enjoy the foods you love while still reaching the goals you have. Crazy, right?

Step 3- Picking Stuff Up (& Putting it Down)

If you don’t train properly, you shouldn’t expect to see results as quickly. A ton of coaches make you spend 2-3 hours in a gym, 6 days per week.

I’m sorry, but unless you have NO life, no one will be able to spend that amount of time working out. A proper training plan should be optimized for YOU, your physique goals, and work around any limitations you have. We determine together what kind of training is going to benefit you, and guarantee you won’t spend more than 1-1.5 hours in the gym, 5 days per week.

An effective training protocol should complement your nutrition, not the other way around.

Step 4- Inner Development

Just like gut health, nothing will work on the outside if nothing is working on the INSIDE! This means mental & emotional health, as well as self-confidence and inner strength. Step 5- Planning for Success + Departure

Fail to plan, plan to fail, right? This saying can be applied to almost every aspect of your life, but the EXCEED program focusses on three aspects: Weeks, Goals, and Motivations. In order to use every day to take a step closer to your goals, you need to be clear about where you’re going and how to get there. Preparing for your week  AND for the long-term is ESSENTIAL to your success. We will work together on how to do that efficiently. This includes goal setting, motivation recognition, and proper meal prep.

Long term success includes an off-boarding plan too. We want you to be fully prepared to go off into the world and practice everything you’ve learned here. We will give you a steps by step protocol on how to properly implement what we’ve taught you for continued beyond the EXCEED program.
